Po tom, čo sa vyhodnocovanie priestupkov za čas jazdy úspešne používa už niekoľko mesiacov, táto verzia rozširuje vyhodnocovanie o zobrazovanie priestupkov za pracovný čas. Voliteľne sa môžu zobrazovať priestupky za čas jazdy alebo pracovný čas podľa kategórie priestupku, ako aj kombinácia priestupkov za čas jazdy a pracovný čas. Medzi ďalšie funkcie patrí:
• Rozšírený informačný panel s počtom priestupkov v oblasti riadenia a pracovného času - za aktuálny, posledné tri alebo šesť 6 mesiacov.
• Zobrazenie výberu konkrétnych vozových parkov/skupín vodičov alebo všetkých vozových parkov/skupín vodičov.
• Pre porušenia pracovného času sú k dispozícii aj nasledujúce funkcie:
o Neobmedzené obdobie hodnotenia
o funkcia Drill-down (na získanie presných podrobností)
o Zohľadnenie týždňov zmien s náhľadom na jednotlivé dni zmien

TachoListener + TachoDownloader - aktualizácia na verziu JAVA 17 (05.04.2023)
Funkcia TachoListener (nahrávanie súborov vodiča a vozidla, nahrávanie karty vodiča a vzdialené sťahovanie), ako aj modul TachoDownloader (automatické sťahovanie súborov vodiča a vozidla) obsahujú novú verziu JAVA (17) a aktualizáciu bezpečnostného certifikátu. Aktualizácia sa dôrazne odporúča.

Verzia 6.1- Vyhodnotenie porušenia predpisov so živými údajmi + živé rozšírenia (23.03.2023)
V tejto verzii sa okrem porušení z archivovaných súborov vodičov určujú a zobrazujú aj porušenia zo živých údajov. Podrobné informácie nájdete v pokynoch nápovedy v časti "Vyhodnotenia porušení".
Okrem toho došlo k vylepšeniam v živom zobrazení. Patrí medzi ne označenie vodiča, ktorý jazdil v aktuálny deň a po skončení jazdy vytiahol kartu vodiča. Podrobnejšie informácie nájdete v nápovede v časti "Živé zobrazenie".
Verzia 6.0 - Nové vyhodnocovanie priestupkov a doby odpočinku (26.01.2023)
Nové hodnotenie porušenia predpisov je založené nielen na úplne novom určení porušení, ale obsahuje aj mnohé dôležité inovácie.
Patria medzi ne:
• Rozšírený prístrojový panel, na ktorom sa zobrazuje počet porušení pravidiel o čase jazdy a odpočinku - v závislosti od výberu z ponuky - za aktuálny, posledné tri alebo šesť 6 mesiacov.
• V porovnaní s predchádzajúcou sociálnou správou možno teraz vyhodnotenie porušenia predpisov vyvolať pre všetky flotily, pre ktoré má prihlásený používateľ oprávnenie.
• Do hodnotenia porušenia predpisov bolo zahrnuté rozšírenie jednotlivých tried porušenia predpisov na 4 triedy, ktoré sú v súčasnosti definované v balíku opatrení mobility I - ľahký, stredný, vážny a veľmi vážny.
• Okrem toho boli zahrnuté niektoré porušenia, ktoré neboli zohľadnené v predchádzajúcej sociálnej správe, ako napríklad manuálne doplnenia, ktoré neboli vykonané, ale boli potrebné.
• Úplnou novinkou sú tieto špeciálne funkcie:
o neobmedzené hodnotiace obdobie
o funkcia Drill-down (na získanie presných údajov)
o Zohľadnenie týždenných zmien s náhľadom na jednotlivé dni zmeny

V tejto verzii je k dispozícii verzia PDF aktuálneho grafického hodnotenia času jazdy. Verzia vo formáte PDF, ako aj nový plánovač, pomocou ktorého si môžete nechať poslať vyhodnotenie na existujúce používateľské konto prostredníctvom e-mailu, sú potom analogické s funkciami, ktoré už poznáte z našich ostatných správ.

Verzia 5.7 - Správa nových vozidiel (13. septembra 2022)
V novej verzii 5.7 z 13. septembra 2022 je upravená správa vozidiel.
Spolu s ním sú k dispozícii tieto zmeny/vylepšenia:
• Prehľad vozidiel zoskupený podľa vozidla, členstva vo vozovom parku, tachografu, kritérií telematických boxov.

Verze 5.6 - Plánování zpráv (28. července 2022)
Tento modul umožňuje jednorázové nebo pravidelné (denní, týdenní, měsíční) generování následujících sestav v definovatelných termínech a jejich zasílání žadateli v zašifrované podobě e-mailem:
- Zpráva o mezerách
- Doba jízdy - hodnocení řidiče
- Všechna poplachová hlášení
Je třeba vzít v úvahu následující kroky:
- Heslo musí být zadáno v uživatelském profilu žadatele (povinný údaj).
- Zpráva (pdf nebo csv) je odeslána žadateli v plánovaný den a lze ji otevřít pouze s heslem zadaným v profilu uživatele.
Podrobný popis plánování sestav je k dispozici pod odkazem "Plánování sestav" na stránce nápovědy.
Předchozí "Plán sestav" bude deaktivován s dostupností nového plánování sestav. Naplánované zprávy se automaticky převedou a odešlou e-mailem v zašifrované podobě. Heslo potřebné k otevření souboru bylo vygenerováno automaticky a může být zobrazeno v uživatelském profilu žadatele. Již vytvořené sestavy jsou stále přístupné v nabídce "Sestavy -> Výsledky sestav - staré".
Verzia 5.4 - Grafické vyhodnotenie času jazdy (23. júna 2022)
V tejto verzii sú hodnotenia času jazdy rozšírené o grafickú verziu. K dispozícii sú tieto formáty zobrazenia:
- Za týždeň (začiatok pondelok 00:00, koniec nedeľa 23:59) sa kumulované činnosti vodiča zobrazujú v grafickej forme, rozdelené podľa:
- Čas jazdy
- pracovný čas
- čas odpočinku
- Pohotovostný čas
- Neznáma činnosť
- Kliknutím na šípku ">" vľavo od mena vodiča sa zobrazia jednotlivé dni v týždni. Aj tu s príslušnými činnosťami a ich trvaním v časovom intervale (24 hodín). V tomto zobrazení sú v tabuľke uvedené aj kumulatívne hodnoty jednotlivých činností.
- Ak chcete podrobne zobraziť jednotlivé činnosti na dennej časovej osi, prejdite na denné zobrazenie pomocou kolieska myši a zväčšite ho na požadovanú veľkosť. Kliknutím ľavým tlačidlom myši potom môžete pohľady presunúť doľava alebo doprava.

Nové stránky nápovedy (29.04.2022)
Nové stránky nápovedy sú teraz k dispozícii v angličtine. Kliknutím na symbol nápovedy
v pravom hornom rohu obrazovky sa zobrazí vysvetlenie k vyvolanej stránke. Od všeobecného prehľadu je možné prejsť k podrobnostiam. Okrem toho je tu:- jasná prezentácia štruktúry stránky nápovedy
- funkciu vyhľadávania a
- systém otázok a odpovedí.
Tieto nové funkcie sú štruktúrované používateľsky prívetivým spôsobom a umožňujú používateľovi ešte efektívnejšie používať aplikáciu.
Release 5.1 - new user registration + new help application (24.02.2022)
Release 5.1 introduces the following enhancements:
1. enhancements in the user registration
a. requiring the registration of a new user by email confirmation. This will be done as follows:
b. The new user is created with his access rights (e.g. fleet manager with access to one or more fleets).
c. With confirmation of the user data (surname, first name, user name, email address) and user rights (fleet), an email is sent to the email address of this user.
d. With the received email a link is sent, which has to be confirmed by clicking on it.
e. As a result, an additional screen appears on which the password and a confirmation of the password are to be entered. Certain criteria are specified for this.
f. By sending this password, the user is fully created and can access the application with his or her access data (customer number, user name, password).
Apart from new users, this function will also be used for the "forgotten password" function.

2. New Help Application
The help system within the application has been completely revised and updated. By clicking on the ? symbol at the top right of the screen opens the help for the current screen. At present, the help is available in German and English. French is planned as an additional language.
Release 4.9 Driving time reporting – new layout (11.11.2021)
The driving time evaluation appears in a new layout with this release with the following changes:
• When the evaluation is called up, it is created without further specification on the basis of the following standard settings: last 14 days for the current fleet.

The LIVE module is now available in a new version. The new views are largely based on the old view. Here are the details:

Announcement – Termination of sending DDD files via e-mail by 01.10.2020 (21.09.2020)
The optional sending of DDD files via e-mail will be terminated as of 30.09.2020 for data protection reasons. From 1.10.2020, DDD files can be downloaded to your computer or server as before using the download options in the portal or the TACHODownloader.
New version - Display generation tachograph and driver card (21.08.2020)
With the introduction of the Smart Tacho (Generation 2 Tacho = G2), new driver cards (Generation 2 = G2) have also been issued since mid-June 2019. From now on, the indication "G1" for previous tachographs/driver cards or "G2" for new tachographs/driver cards will be shown in all relevant overviews and reports.
New version - Changes in the status overview for vehicles and drivers (11/8/20)
The status overview for drivers and vehicles gets a new look & feel. The new views are largely based on the old view. The main improvements are - besides a better overview:

New feature: TachoDownloader (14.07.2020)
The TachoDownloader feature is now available. After a one-time setup, the TachoDownloader automatically and regularly reads the driver and vehicle files from the central database and saves them in a user-defined folder. After the user has logged in once, this function remains active until the PC is shut down. It is activated automatically after the PC is restarted by the user. By providing this function, there is no need anymore to send the driver and vehicle files by email.

New version – Release Prague “graphical dashboard (15.01.2020)
With this release, the previous homepage is replaced by a graphical dashboard that displays the following information:
- Status of the legally due archiving activities of driver and vehicle files
- Status of activities due according to plan for remote download of driver and vehicle files
- Status of the company cards
- Status of driver cards
- Status of tachograph calibrations
- Status of driving licence validity
- Status of the last driving licence check
Furthermore, the duration during which a user can use the screen without activity and without having to log in again has been extended from 15 minutes to 60 minutes.

New version TachoListener (07.01.2020)
With this message, TACHOfresh asks you to deploy a new version of TachoListener, which runs on a free version of Java and is only compatible with Windows 64 Bit systems.
Indeed, since April 2019, the update of Oracle's JAVA module to a higher version for commercial use is subject to a fee. In addition, Java versions > 8 only work on 64-bit Windows systems.
With this new version of TachoListener, a license free JAVA version will enable the launch the application as usual and access the card reader, USB memory and/or hard drive. However, if you receive the message "Installation possible only on 64-bit Windows systems" during installation, this means that the installation must be performed on another Windows, PC which is 64-bit compatible.
